I've always been a fan of the statement necklace.  I mean, why not?  It can dress up any outfit, take you from day to night - they almost give you a whole new personality!  OK, maybe not - but it sure can look like you have a new personality.

All that being said - lately I've been obsessed with long shoulder duster earings that make a statement all their own.
